HOW LONG IS THE TRAIL RIDE?
Duration of trail ride is 1 hour, mini lesson and guided trail ride is included with a picture afterwards.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ?
We suggest Jeans & Boots for the ride, but hey, feel free to rock your own style - just keep in mind that you'll be cruising on a leather saddle! Ladies, if you opt for leggings, go for the cotton kind, skip the shiny nylon ones.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?
Lateness, rescheduling, or refunds are a no-go zone, so plan ahead! Remember, no refund or reschedule if you bail last minute. Also, if Mother Nature decides to rain on our parade, you'll get a rain check, no cash back. Your booking secures your spot, and cancellations are only refundable within 72 hours of booking, otherwise, rescheduling is your only ticket. Same-day changes? Nope, not happening!

Can I Pay in cash when we get there ?
We're like the early birds, we grab the payment right when you reserve your spot. However, if you'd rather splash the cash when you arrive, we'll do a little switcheroo and refund your card then. Just a heads-up, we keep hold of your IDs and cards during your adventure for little surprises only.
Is my driver's license needed to check-in for a trail ?
Yes, you check in with your physical license and debit or credit on file or a valid government issued ID.
No exceptions.
Insurance Requirement
Hidden Ranch Adventures' insurance covers damages to ATVs only. Customers are responsible for their medical expenses. The insurance comes with a $1500 deductible, and Hidden Ranch Adventures will cover the remaining cost of damages after the deductible is met. Please note that the deductible must be paid before leaving the ranch.
